All other rehearsals are mandatory and students are expected to be on-time and be available to stay for the duration of the entire rehearsal. | THE PLACE for Students Student Performance 2008: BDA Spring Gala - June 14, 2008 Franciscan Theatre. Student Performance is scheduled for Sat June 14, 2008, 7pm - Dress Rehearsal is manditory 5pm Thur June 12, 2008 OPEN to CURRENTLY Enrolled Continuing and Advanced Students. 2. A modest costume is required 3. Studio Rehearsal fee is $75 (30 total available rehearsal hours) Credit Card Payments can be made through paypal.com. Email KL if you would like to do this. theplacetoledo@yahoo.com 4. Rehearsals begin March 2008 will be held (tentatively) on Wed & Sun nights, though this is subject to change. A special belly dance "fusion" choreography will be taught. 5. Rehearsals are mandatory. You don't show up - you don't dance in the show. Participants will receive passes to get out of 3 rehearsals (not including dress rehearsal). These may be used for previously planned obligations or emergencies. If a rehearsal is missed it is up to the participant to learn what was missed. Kaylouise is NOT able to schedule makeup rehearsals for those who miss. 6. Student Performance is a rewarding experience but can be stressful. Regular practice is required, along with mastery of the choreography. You'll have several weeks to 'clean up your dancing.' You'll be pushed hard... and because of that, no one will make a fool of themselves on stage! If you are not ready or if the instructor does not feel you are prepared, you will be taken out of the performance. (please note kaylouise has never had to do that- you should trust that you will be prepared) 7. Signing up for Student Performance and payment of studio fees does not guarantee your spot on the stage. The director reserves the right at any time to remove anyone from the group.Rehearsal fees are non-refundable.You must be a currently enrolled student from now until June 14 in order to be included in the student performance.
